She has thin, soft and sensual lips. Her smooth, soft cheeks are brought out by her slightly marked cheekbones and her hypnotizing eyes sit very nicely on them. Her ears are hidden by her long brunette hair which seems to shine with the sun/moonlight. It reaches to the bottom of her waist. PERSONALITY
The first impression Sayuri uses to give is the one of a several and somewhat of serious person. But it’s actually not like that since she knows perfectly how to handle herself and how to separate ‘‘personal’’ matters of professional’s. When it’s about school, relating with other people and cooperate with others, Sayuri doesn’t have much of a problem. She’s nice, friendly, caring and also sweet with the people she really likes.
If we analyze her behaviour in battle, it changes drastically, turning into something calculating, sudden and practically without emotions which is able to accomplish any mission. After her father abandoned her (read history for more details), Sayuri developed a new feeling towards his father, which is hatred and scorn.

Kenji Hyata (Lord Hyata)
A mysterious vampire who conquered Midori’s heart and married her. There are just a few things known about him. He is a reserved man and Sayuri’s father who decided one day to finish with his wife’s life. After that, he just watched how her daughter was crying next to Midori’s body and disappeared in the darkness of night, to never come back.
Midori Hyata
Sayuri’s mother and ‘‘protector’’. She loved Sayuri with all her soul, even more than her own husband. But one day, after Midori’s brother and sister died, Lord Hyata killed her without a doubt, leaving her daughter alone.
Kaname Kuran
Kaname is Sayuri’s older cousin. They know each other since they’re little, but after Kaname’s parents suffered that mysterious ‘‘homicide’’ they ended up loosing all contact. After long time, Sayuri was able to meet Kaien Cross, who accepted her in the Cross Academy and who made possible for her to find her ‘‘lost’’ cousin.
Yuuki Cross
Sayuri’s younger cousin. She also was able to met Sayuri, but since her mother deleted all her memories, she only remembers her after discovering she’s Kaname’s sister.
History
Midori’s older sister and brother were Yuuki's and Kaname's parents. Actually it was said that Midori had to marry her older brother Rido Kuran, but unfortunately she fell for a mysterious vampire full of handsomeness and seduction, who married her after some years. Midori’s parents didn’t have any other option bout to accept it, since Lord Hyata wasn’t a current vampire. After some years, Midori had her first and last child: Sayuri. This little being was a joyful and cherish girl who loved to hear her mother sing.
One day, in the middle of the night, Sayuri heard her mother screaming. The girl went as fast as she could out of her room to see his father in front of her mother’s dead body.
After that, since her father disappeared, Sayuri decided to leave everything behind and only accomplish two things (read character’s goals). She travelled for days and injured, ending up in the Cross Academy, where the headmaster received her and let her stay there. She then discovered her father was allied with Rido Kuran.

‘‘Ahhhh!’’ - A voice screamed.
Sayuri ran out of her room into the kitchen. Her mother, Midori,
was lying on the floor, dead and with blood covering her golden
hair.
The girl didn’t find any words to say, her mother was dead, in
front of her eyes and there was nothing to be done. She lifted
the look to see Kenji Hyata licking his fingers, which were
covered with Midori’s blood.
‘‘W-What…?’’ – She tried to ask.
Suddenly her legs didn’t response and the girl fell on her knees
next to her mother’s body. Tears started coming out of her eyes,
making it difficult for her to see with clarity. Kenji just stared at
her with an inexpressive face, showing no emotion, hiding all
kind of weaknes.
‘‘Why…?’’ – She asked tremulous.
No response was given and darkness started to fulfil the room.
Sayuri looked up to face her father, who was disappearing in the
middle of the darkness.
‘‘Don’t leave!’’ – Sayuri shouted. – ‘‘Tell me! Why!? Why
did you kill mama!?’’ – She kept asking.
Again no answer was given and finally Lord Hyata disappeared
and the room was empty again, only with Sayuri and her dead
mother in it.
‘‘Don’t leave!!!’’
Suddenly the kitchen disappeared and a comfortable room was
the new scenery.
‘‘Not again this dream… why do I have to remember this even
when I sleep?’’ – She asked herself while getting up.
She stood up and went to the bathroom. Night class would start
in 5 hours, so she had enough time to put her ideas in order. The
cold water was falling all over her head, wetting his long and
silky hair, slipping over her body. She closed her eyes and
remembered again what happened in the dream. The clear image
of her father licking his bloody fingers was something she’d never
forget.
‘‘You can disappear in darkness…’’ - she muttered. – ‘‘But
you can’t disappear from world.’’
Suddenly somebody knocked on the door after the girl dressed
up.
‘‘Who is it?’’ – She asked.
‘‘It’s me, Kaname.’’ – The other person answered.
She went to the door and opened it, facing her cousin with a
little smile.
‘‘What is it?’’ – Sayuri asked.
‘‘I guess this is something I should be asking.’’ – The boy
answered in a serious and some kind of cold tone. – ‘‘I sensed
instability in you…’’
The brunette turned around, took a collar out of her jewellery
basket and put it on around her neck. Instability? Yes, could be…
But it was nothing to be ashamed about, so she explained to
Kaname about her dream.
‘‘So even in your dreams he dares to torture you.’’ – he
commented.
‘‘Yes, I guess it'll never stop...’’ – she answered.
