Sayuri It was summer and people were more active and happy than they usually were. Children enjoyed making new friends, playing in the park and letting the sun care for them. People were more open and felt like making new friends and form new relationships. The cross academy was now relaxed. Students had already finished exams, so the only thing they were praying for was vacation, summer vacation. Sayuri was wearing a short red dress and white long socks who were fitting perfectly with the dress. www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=480&u=11562409A beautiful necklace was illuminating her neck, a necklace which was filled up with memories, good and bad memories. She had left school that day to get some fresh air. Her cousin Kaname suggested her to do so since there were no classes that day and it was time for everyone to relax. She was walking through the town’s main streets, looking at the windows of every store. After a while she arrived at a café. She saw a little kid looking towards the ice-cream list. He seemed to not have enough money to buy him one and the pureblood felt sad for him. ‘‘Do you want an ice-cream?’’ - She asked with a warm smile. The boy nodded shyly and Sayuri continued smiling before buying a big chocolate ice-cream. She gave it the boy, who thanked her with a little hug and went away happily.

Aidou stepped lightly from the shadows clad in jeans and an open white, short sleeve shirt. He stood behind Sayuri and simply stated. "Forgive me Hyata-sama, but I'll never understand what you and Kuran-sempai see in these humans, nor do I honestly believe I want to. But what I do believe is that you should not be out and about on your own. The Council is not particularly pleased with Kuran-sempai's choices of late, and he would be most displeased if something happened to you..." He finished as he stared straight ahead not looking at her.

Sayuri smiled lightly while she closed her eyes, thinking about Aidou’s words. That boy really was interesting. What could she see in those humans? Sayuri didn’t really know about it, she just liked them, she felt curious about them. They were so simple creatures the pureblood could only admire them.
‘‘Don’t worry so much about the council Hanabusa-kun.’’ – She answered softly.
She didn’t want him to be worried, but unfortunately he was telling the truth. Kaname and she had not been acting well lately. She had been avoiding them and acting without telling them. She just could not trust those people, she could not believe in them.
‘‘And don’t worry about Kaname, he already knows I’m here.’’

Aidou smirked, unwillingly, at her flippant tone and demeanor towards the Council. He, of course, knew better. Not even the great purebloods could easily live segregated from the Council's will and influence though they could manipulate it better than most. But it was still not in his nature to allow her to roam about alone and unguarded when they were still so unsure as to what crazed schemes the Council might be ready to hatch and employ upon them.
"All of that aside Hyata-sama, I'd still feel better if you did not wander around town without...an escort." Then upon reflection he added. "And I'm sure Kuran-sempai would much prefer it this way as well. If I'm not mistaken, you must have cajoled your way out here without anyone because I'm not inclined to believe he was openly ecstatic about you being alone." He told her. His serious demeanor was a stark contrast to the usual, airy persona he always showcased but the gravity of the situation was making him act and react in an unusual fashion.

Sayuri knew she could not say no to Hanabusa's words. He was right and that's what pissed her off.Not because of him, indeed, she thought he was adorable and totally friendly, but because of the way he treated her. Sayuri didn't like to be called by her last name since this remembered to her father, the only being in life she hated with all her soul and wanted to see dead in front of her.
''Well, today is saturday Hanabusa-kun.'' - She said. - ''You don't need to escort me.''
Why did she have to be treaten in such a special way? She liked it when Kaname did, but because she knew he was being sincere, but how could she know that Hanabusa really cared about her?
''I'm here to enjoy my day, you can come if you wish to do so, or you can retreat.'' - She looked up at him, now with a bit of a serious expression. - ''Look, if Kaname says anything, I'll take care of it, I won't let you get in trouble because of me.''

Aidou smirked at her words...a very genuine expression. Had she not yet realized he never did anything....at least not anything serious.....if he felt his friend and companion of so long would disapprove. "I believe Kuran-sempai would be pleased to know that you were in such capable hands Hyata-sama. Now, please lead the way...this is your Saturday we're spending..." He'd flawlessly caught himself before he said 'wasting.' "...among the humans. Not mine." He let her know sardonically before looking up again and away from her. "I'd rather not spend all the afternoon standing here offering little children fattening snacks...unless of course that's what you had in mind Hyata-sama..." He added on in a much overdone reverent voice.
