This school was started by the headmaster Kaien Cross. It was for many students to come and live here in the dorms. There are two classes. The Day Class that attend class while the sun is up are all dress in a black uniform. The Night Class is the other class who attends during the night and wear the white uniform. The classes switch at separate times and are kept apart from one another except during certain school events. The Night Class students are known as those who are gifted and are extremely smart. That is true for the most part but the secret is the Night Class are all vampires. The vampire are all young and are following under the lead of the pure blood Kaname Kuran. Each are there learning how to be around humans and control the urge to bite. Blood tablets are handed which are to be the replacement for blood. However not everyone can adapt so easily to the blood tablets without having a few slip ups.
The headmaster Kaien Cross wants to complete his goal. He highly believes vampires can live among humans without having to bite them when they feel the urge to. His adopted daughter, Yuuki Cross and adopted son Zero Kiryuu are the prefects of this school. Their main job is to protect the students. They are to make sure no vampires bite any of the Day Class students and no humans find out about the vampires. Of course their job is not so easy having the males of the Night Class looking gorgeous. It has attracted the girls of the Day Class making them become fan girls who make it difficult for Yuuki and Zero to complete their jobs as prefects. However the fan girls are always determined to meet with those they admire. So far there is peace her but for how long?
